AC11 runs faster on old machine?

Hallo!

I've just got a new computer and I find out that some functions in specific situations are running slower than on my old notebook.

The specific file has DWG drawing placed in floorplane as "drawing" and I draw new furniture over it (see example.zip).
On new computer are functions "pan" and "zoom" very slow.
3D is OK, 2D very bad.
On both machines I use AC11, XP, all new drivers, updates ...

OLD machine:
notebook Prestigio Nobile 157
CPU Mobile Pentium-M 1.7GHz (400MHz,1MB) S478 box
Mobile Memory Device PQI DDR SDRAM 1,5GB 333MHz
Intel 855PM, 2xDDR SDR, M Radeon 9600 64MB ...

NEW machine:
CPU Intel E6850 Core2Duo 3GHz
4 GB DDR2 (3,5 for XP)
PCI-e NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT 256MB DDR3
OP Gigabyte GA_35-DQ6 ...

A friend of mine has new notebook and AC11 flyes on it.
Model display in 2D Navigation is set to "Full Model" and it works perfectly.

FRIEND'S machine:
notebook HP COMPAQ 6710b 2.0GHz (GB891EA)
Intel Core 2 Duo T7300 (2.0GHz) L2 2MB, FSB 800MHz, GM965 chipset
2GB DDRII (667MHz)
Intel Media Graphics Accelerator X3100 shared memory
OS: WINDOWS VISTA BUSINESS 32/64

What should I do?
