Is there a way to take an ArchiCAD v14 project file back to ArchiCAD v12 without having ArchiCAD v13 installed?

Not that I am aware of.
14 can only save back to 13 and then you need 13 to save back to 12.

You can use IFC as intermediate.

I have never had the need to use IFC so please correct me if i am wrong but won't this transfer just the 3D model?
What about all the views, layout pages, publisher sets, favourites, Modele view Options, etc.
And what about all the 2D data (text, dimensions, etc) - does this transfer with IFC?

I get the impression Claire wants the entire Archicad plan exactly as it is but in an earlier version.
