AC20 installation cannot start

Hi everyone!
Just wondering if anyone could help with my issue?
I am trying to install Archicad 20 International version on my PC running Windows 7 64bit.
When I start the setup.exe i get an error message saying 'Installation cannot start. Please check installation files'
I have uninstalled all java and reinstalled the one that is specific for AC20 (java ver8 update 72) and still no luck.
I did the same with quicktime and have also checked that i am the administrator on my PC.
Windows 7 has all the updates..while i understand archicad does not provide support on win 7 surely it should work?
Any help would be appreciated.

I was unable to find such issue in our database with Archicad 20 installation. Could it be that the installation file is corrupted? Have you tried with redownloading the installation file?
