ATI, Vista, ArchiCAD11 - an OpenGL error in perspective

I have ArchiCAD11EDU and Vista x64 Ultimate (as in official ArchiCAD requirements), ATI FireGL 3400 with the latest drivers (checked edition from October 2007 too), motherboard ASUS P5B, 4GB RAM in dual (4x1GB) and yet have problems.
When running perspective view in OpenGL there is a message about an error of add-on: OpenGL. Can't do anything - it appears constantly, and the toolbars palettes disappear..
Don't now what to do...
If somebody has any idea, please help!
P.S. If there has to be something installed/uninstalled or disabled please write exactly, step by step what, where and how?
Thx

Hi maugo,

Did it ever work properly?

Are you still using the QuickTime version installed from the AC disc or have you upgraded it from Apple's site?

well, it had worked properly before I had to reinstall my Windows... i had a virus, after I had forgotten to activate my antivirus program....Anyway, after reinstallation of Win XP Professional there was a problem with 3D too.. - there was no option or tool that you could use in 3D window, after changing anything, AC was saying"bye, bye" and stopped to work. The graphic card works ok i think, at least it was, so I've decided to change the system - i have x64 motherboard and processor so I wanted to get x64 system - couldn't find XPx64Professional, so got bought Vista Ultimate x64, but it doesn't helped at all - Vista works O.k., there is no problem with axonometry, but...perspective...doesn't work at all in openGL.. cannot export file to Artlantis, cannot make a good render... Even when opening a little bit bigger project and have saved an internal engine as the one I want to open in 3DA, there is this annoying rapport about openGL.. nothing has helped yet...

You re-installed VISTA? and after did you re-install ArchiCAD or was it some sort of install where you retained programs, user settings etc.?

QuickTime is the most likely culprit. Even on a Mac, ownership and permissions are not being set properly upon install. Maybe someone from GS can verify wether these are supposed to be open with "unknown" or should the system be the owner?

Can you compare the QT resources files with someone who has a working set up?
