Amd or Pentium?

hello everybody

i'm going to buy a new pc and i have few questions
i was offered a cpu p 4 3.0 dual core or Amd 3.5, which one is better with Archicad?
Ram i was offered a DDR II 512/533, what is better to buy a faster Ram (DDR II) or more Ram (DDR I but 1 gb).
which Graphics cards are recommended? at a medium price

I would look at review sites such as www.tomshardware.com. They have data on which processor is faster.
I would say this AMD is faster than this P4.
As far as memory, I would buy more, not faster.
