ArchiCAD 18 Install and Startup Troubleshooting

When i installing ArchiCad 18, it's cannot complete installed and appear with the message "Archicad 18 cannot be installed on this platform". What's the problem since i checked my pc spec is match with requirement of Graphisoft. Anyone have a same problem

Windows 7, Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1231 v3 @3.40GHz 3.40 GHz, RAM 8 GB, 64-bit Operating System

Install SP1 for windows 7.
AC will not run without SP1 on windows 7.
