ArchiCAD Youtube Channel issue

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi!

I'm new to ArchiCAD and want to go through the Essentials Training Guide. I've installed ArchiCAD 16 and downloaded the training guide.

When I'am launching the ArchiCAD Movie Player, this message appears:

"The movie files from the Training Guide are missing from the pln file folder. Acceptable movie file formats: <plan name> _01 or <plan name>_01-01."

Does anyone know how I can solve this?

Hi,
AFAIK, you should first open the training file then lunch ArchiCAD player

Hi!

I'm having a problem when opening the Archicad Youtube Channel from ArchiCAD 16. The loading icon appears in the movie window, but it seems like the movies won't come and the loading process keep going on like forever.

Does anyone know what I can do to make the movie window work right?

If TMA_80's suggestion does not solve your problem, see if this might be a similar issue:

http://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?p=193684

Or, this page that takes about 15, but says that the YouTube clips have to be opened manually from the ArchiCAD YouTube Channel (it used to be that the movie just opened and was part of the ITG):

In a pinch, you can click on the desired chapter here:
