ArchiCAD bug report

ArchiCAD is sending me a bug report, I had to uninstall all and now I can install the update as it’s keep saying that I can not save the file in the selected files, so I can not install the update Archicad 27.2.0, I’m working on a teamwork and now I don’t know how to get access to the project if I go to a newer version than my team. 
also, after the installation is still showing bug report notifications! Does anyone now what should I do?

This does not make sense.

Download the base Archicad (3001) installer and install it. from here

Then download the update 27.2.0  and install it. No need to open AC prior.

The rest of your team will need to update to the latest updated version

Thank you Eduardo, I had downloaded the 27.2.0 but is not letting me save it, it’s keep saying that “no suitable Archicad 27 was found in the selected folder. Please select another Archicad 27 folder” and i tried to do it and still showing that message

If you removed your previous installation you need to install Archicad first then install the update.

1. Download Archicad 27 (3001)
2. Install AC
3. Download update 27.2.0
4. Install 27.2.0
