ArchiCAD not using enough memory

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hello, guys! I need help because I have a late 2018 Macbook Pro with 16GB of memory available but ArchiCAD 22 is not using it and for that reason (I guess) is always crashing and even the simplest tasks became impossible.

Hope anyone can help me out here. You're my last hope.
Thanks!

This does not make sense. Memory handling is controlled by the system so it might be that there is another process that is giving problems. Uninstall AC and reinstall would be my recommendation but first make sure you don't have any other programs using all the memory. For this restart your mac and only open AC to see if it crashes or create a new user and open AC on it. If it crashes then reinstall AC if it behaves then you have another type of problem.
