I hear, that ArchiCad 8 use only one processor on PowerMac G5 with 2 processor. In this matter speed of render is not high.

Sadly true. Neither does it use a the second processor in a dual P4 Xeon.
We all hope, now that multi-processing has been available and settled down for some time, that Graphisoft will address this issue.
It seems that it will become even more important next year as IBM, Intel, etc. start making multi-core processors.
