Archicad 20 Crashes on startup

Hello, everybody! I'm writing today as I have found a very unusual issue for me:

Yesterday a coworker and I switched computers at the office and, after I connected my PC to my station and booted it up, I tried running archicad (which had been running smoothly before the switch) and found that, right after the splash screen, it crashes and the bug report window appears.

I have tried everything with no avail.
Does somebody know what can be wrong?

As a first step, try to install the very last update for the ARCHICAD version and see if it is still crashing.

We actually ended up switching machines. We tried:

-Uninstall/Reinstall
-Installing archicad 20, try startup, then patches

We contacted our local Graphisoft dealer and they suggested something might be wrong with code meter
