Archicad 21 " Internal Errror" & Bug report Failure

Hotlink module crashes Archicad 21 while being updated “Internal Error Occurred”, then closes whole program.

Any idea why this happens or where I can check what from that file crashes the main model. A report of some kind, and when I try to transmit the bug report it fails. See attached.
