I have just downloaded ArchCAD 26 from the website for some pre-deployment testing.
The Installer I have downloaded is called Archicad-26-UKI-3001-1.1-INTEL.dmg. Does this mean that there will be separate versions for Intel and Apple Silicon going forward? This would be really inconvenient from a deployment perspective. Our process is already too complicated with the installbuilder.sh --mode unattended (which doesn't always work btw)and the additional scripts we run to add templates and add-ons with the right permissions etc etc etc...
I was under the impression that Graphisoft was working on a Universal Binary for Archicad but this would appear to indicate a fork in development? Perhaps I'm reading too much into it???
I know we can use Rosetta as a work around but Rosetta is a stopgap while Apple moves away from Intels chips and not a viable long term solution. I think I'm just looking for a bit of clarity from Graphisoft on the development path here.
Apologies if there's a thread already addressing this, I couldn't find it.

@Boldizsar Vermes we normally get an error if two different people with different builds try to work on the same BIMcloud project once the user with the higher build has sent and saved changes. Will this cause issues if one user is silicon based and the other intel or has that been resolved by the compatibility range?

@Lee Hankins, teamworking with Intel and ARM based builds shouldn't be a problem in the future, as working together with Windows and Mac builds has been smooth too. As I wrote above:
In the case of releasing separate updates for Intel and ARM versions, we will ensure releasing them within this range.

That’s brilliant. Thanks for the clarity. Looking forward to making the most of the new M processor machines we have.

The full release versions of Archicad 26 for Apple Silicone (ARM - M1/M2/etc) has begun with the INT version being released today. See the release schedule in today's announcement:

seems that the INTEL INT build for download is still at 3001 which seems strange as the AUS INTEL build is at 4019

The initial build is 3001 but there is an update for INT 4019 (INTEL).

I think it is strange we can download the INT updates (as well as the AUS ones in our case).
But if I go to 'Products', I can see the AUS program for download, but when I go to INT - the default setting) there is nothing to download.
And the Mac ARM version is not there at all.
Just Mac INTEL and Windows versions.

but when you go here
it downloads the INTEL 3001 build not the latest version.

Hmm, that is not a page you can get to from the Graphisoft website unless you have or know the link - don't know why they don't link to this.
It is the URL I use if I need to get any version - INT, USA, AUS, FRA, etc.
Hover the mouse over those buttons and it says one thing but actually downloads another.
INTEL Mac (shows nothing when I hover of button) and Windows (shows build 4013) are actually build 3001 when you download them, and then you have to upgrade.
ARM Mac shows built 4013 but downloads build 4024.
As far as I know the main program download has always been build 30xx and then you upgrade.
The arm version is higher as the never was a 30xx build for public release - no upgrades for this just yet.
