Archicad 27 flickering while zoom or pan

Is this a known bug?

Fills flicker in AC27 when I zoom or pan. Windows 10, lastest NVIDIA drivers, no trace & reference

Operating system used: Windows 10

Archicad 21-27
Windows 10 / Xeon W-2245 / RTX A4000 / 64GB RAM DDR4 / 2 x 1440 screens

Go to work environment and at the advanced Redraw options "Model Display in 2D navigation" enable full Model.

for some reason the new WE had that unchecked
