Archicad 9 crashes every 5 minutes.

I been forced to use archicad to finish a virtual building. My machine is a Toshiba Satellite, intell processor 1.73 Ghz and 504 megas en Ram. I got an anoying problem, it crashes every 5 minutes. I lost all my work. I download the add on to importe skp to archicad, is the only way to make some advance. Can i do something to prevent the crashes, is something im my configuration???? Where can i get some help out of this forum???? The file is not too big, is only 1.4 Mb.

That's not really enough information to diagnose the problem, but...

I recently uncovered a crashing problem that was related to QuickTime 7 and certain nvidia drivers. Make sure you have the latest video drive installed AND make sure you install the version of QuickTime that comes with ArchiCAD. I think it is 6.0.5 or something like that.

Tank you, i uninstall the quick time 7 pro and install the in with the Archicad cd. It works!!!!

Also your RAM is too low minimum 512, and you have 504 RAM
