Archicad Crashing Problem

I am experiencing a repeating software crashing problem with Archicad23. I have a Macbook Pro with OS 12.3.1 with plenty of storage available. I am able to open small files without the crashing problem but if I open a larger file the program crashing almost immediately after loading. Any advice would be appreciated.
