Hi all,
We are running a fair few projects in AC23, and across the office various users find that when they close Archicad 23 it either freezes or crashes. The files save perfectly fine, but trying to exit them requires users to Force Quit the file, which naturally results in the Bug Reporter rearing its ugly head, or the file just crashes a minute or two after the file is exited, again resulting in the Bug Reporter.
All users are using MacOS Monterey.
Has anyone else experienced this problem, and do you have a solution?

I am having exactly the same problem with 25 on a Windows machine.
It is up to date (build 6000 - yes I now there is a new preview) and has been working fine until just now.
Archicad shuts the file down but does not close the program - it just hangs and I have to force close in Task Manager.
It is a co-workers machine in another office, so I don't have direct access to it to really play around on it.
Before I un-install /re-install, I was just wondering if any one else has come across this and found a solution.

I suggest updating your Archicad version to one of the supported ones while using macOS 12.

In my case it was a Windows machine running 25 build 6000.

We are getting this problem with Archicad 24 on Sonoma, all latest updates. Program closes and saves ok but spinning colour wheel with archicad plan window frozen on screen. Force quit only way out. No lost work.
