I have installed AC12 commercial version on one of our computer in office and it does not start up. I get message: “This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem” but reinstalling does not help 😕
We haven`t got that problem on the rest of our computers.
Computer details:
-Dell XPS710
-intel core2 2.4GHz
-graphic card: Nvidia Geforce 7950 GX2
-2GB of RAM
Second problem is text. We`ve saved our AC11 projects to AC12 and in every note letters are missing. Note need to be edited and than letters appear.
Any suggestions?
