Archicad getting stuck when turn to 3D

Hello,
I am currently working on Archicad 23, works perfectly when in 2D, but when I turn to 3D after 1' the program freezes and I have to force restart.
I am using Windows 10, SSD (395GB free space) processort Intel Core i7, GPU is HD Graphics 4000 (1792MB).

I don't know how large your file is, or how much RAM your computer has, or how many polygons need to be generated in 3D, but Graphisoft does not recommend Archicad to be used with integrated graphic cards. It may also be that you do not have enough graphics card memory.
