Archicad starter not appearing and not creating recovery file

Hi all,

I'm using Archicad 25 6000 version (updated) when I start the Archicad pop-up not appearing and also not creating a recovery file. I have tried to start .starter exe and archicad.exe from graphisoft/programfiles location of file, still not coming up. I have attached the screenshoot. Any response i appriciated it!
