Does this happen for every file or just the one?
If every file try using the vectorial engine in 3D rather than OpenGL.
If that works I would suspect something with your video card or drivers.
If no effect then I couldn't say.
If just the one file, I would suspect a corrupt element.
Turn just one or a few layers on at a time to try and work out where it is and what it might be.
Or you could try the 'Open & Repair' option when you got to FILE menu > Open.
Your best course of action though, is to take note of the bug number, send the report off and then contact your local support referencing the number.
