i had used ArchiCAD for 6 months and went to MicroStation for 6 months then i am coming back to pick up ArchiCAD again, but.... i forgot where to start..that is terrible. i can't even start..

I assume you can open the program and either a new document or an existing one.
You might want to review the tutorial for a refresher. Otherwise you can just start using the tools (walls are probably best to start) and see if you can remember how it works.
If you are making the switch for good (or the foreseeable future anyway) you might want to invest in some training. It makes a huge difference for getting up and running.
