Bimcloud Server and BIMcloud manager link not working anymore

Hi Everyone, 

since Friday we have issues with our bimcloud server that is not recognized anymore from ou Bimcloud Manager. the status is disconnected. When I try to test the connection he says 'connection error'. 

i have tried to change the server communication port but when I try to relink it the error message is 'server not accessible'. 

on network level I think everything is all right the 2 servers seen each other without issue. then Services are up and running. 

 

Any Idea what I can do?

I had an issue a few weeks ago where all of a sudden one of our BIMcloud servers went offline. It wasn’t accessible from Archicad or Safari to manage. I restarted all servers using the Finder bar/ Task Bar menu and it came back to life. The machine that couldn’t access the Server also had a rogue local IP it was trying to use to access BIMcloud so we had to manually remove that too.

I had the same issue, Lee Hankins. Restartig the Bimcloud server solved the problem. Then Archicad recognised the path to the Bimcloud server.
