No, it sounds like an operating system error.
It looks like you are not using a standard Windows OS?
That could be the cause of the problem.
Archicad is only tested on Windows and MAC OS as far as I know.

Hi Barry,

Thanks for the response.
The Windows OS were are using in the Virtual environment is Windows Server 2016.
This has been working fine, only recently we have been getting these errors. Will discuss further with our IT.
