From my knowledge, this sounds like there were some problems with the CodeMeter driver. I would like to ask some questions in order to solve this issue:
- Is CodeMeter service running (this can be seen by opening System Preferences > CodeMeter)? If yes, please stop then restart the service.
- Is there any firewall or anti-virus program running? If yes, could you disable them and see if it helps?
- With Anti-virus app and firewall still disabled, please download and install the latest CodeMeter driver here:

- If the issue still persists after all this, please create a CmDust log for further investigation. This Help Center article shows you how to generate it:
