I haven't found anyone report this previously, but we seem to have a problem where the Codemeter service crashes, disconnecting about 35 users from the network license. We had our IT person change the settings to ensure the service automatically restarts, however since the last hotfix upgrade, the codemeter service reverted to the no re-start setting.
This means that someone needs to log into the server which then either triggers the re-start automatically, or we click to start the service...
i have reported the issue, and we have not had a resolution yet.
