Unable to acces Codemeter driver

Hello, I have a problem I can’t solve.. I wanted to download my license key thgrough License Manager Tool and I am getting an error that LMT can’t establish a connection to the Code Meter Service. I downloaded various versions of CodeMeter but nothing worked... See attached picture with the error note.

OS: MacOS 14.5 Sonoma

CodeMeter version: 8.10a

License Key ID: edited out
