Just wondering if anyone can help - I didn't receive an email to validate my Graphisoft ID, which now prevents me from logging in. Similarly, any password reset emails don't appear in my inbox. If I try to make a new account it says that the email has already been taken, so I'm not able to restart the process.
As such, I've had to log in to another account to request help on the forums.
I've checked with our email filters and nothing seems to have been blocked, so it seems as if the emails aren't being sent or are going elsewhere.
Has this happened to anyone else before?
