Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone can help - I didn't receive an email to validate my Graphisoft ID, which now prevents me from logging in. Similarly, any password reset emails don't appear in my inbox. If I try to make a new account it says that the email has already been taken, so I'm not able to restart the process.
As such, I've had to log in to another account to request help on the forums.
I've checked with our email filters and nothing seems to have been blocked, so it seems as if the emails aren't being sent or are going elsewhere.
Has this happened to anyone else before?

Does anyone know what is the domain that the Graphisoft ID validation email is sent from? I have been trying to create new GSIDs for new staff members and not getting the validation emails. Our IT has been scanning the spam filters and can find no blocked emails from a graphisoft.com domain.

I had this happen once when trying to setup an email address using an alias address. The alias forwarding wasn’t configured correctly so the activation email bounced. And then consequently the Graphisoft servers blacklisted the email address automatically cause of the bounced email. .
I had to email CI support who in turn contacted Graphisoft to whitelist the email address.

Thank you Scott. Once I mentioned your post, Jose at CI remembered your support case and knew what to chase GS for. Will see how it resolves.
