Dimensioning goes crazy after changing the cut plane height.

The issue:
we are working on quite a big project with multiple floors that intersects each other. The differences of the stories are sometimes lower than the cut height. The output was that some of the windows, that are above the cutting plane, stopped showing on the floor plan. To get them back I have changed the cut plane height so it would catch the windows. Windows are now on, but the dimensioning went crazy. If I go back to the previous cutting height the dimensions are stil invalid. We have hotlinked modules in this project.

After some discussion, it looks like a defect to us, although it is not clear what is causing it at the moment. Is it possible for you to share the file (in PLA format) for further investigation? Please let me know if you will need a secure place to upload the file also.
