I need to upgrade my hardware in order to run AC 10 (I currently have a G4 400Mz, 758 MB and a Powerbook G4,400). My thought is to purchase a new MacBook Pro so I can use it at home and at work. My questions is will a new MacBook Pro work with an older Apple Cinema Display?

The older displays use the ADC connector and require a special adapter to connect to the DVI port of the new machines. You can probably still get this from Apple (for about $150) or you could try e-Bay. I have one I'd love to sell but it is unaccessible in storage in another state

Don't forget that ANY new machine you buy will need that adapter, so get to it.

More like $99.

I been reading your posts concerning your MacBook Pro and you seem to be pleased with its performance. I have a concern with the video card's performance when using an auxillary display. Have you tried this? If so what was your experience? Should I be concerned?
