For Floorplan.
I have drawn floor plans and put thison in one layer named house type 1.
And I start to draw in other layer.
Than the wall outline appears broken...

Can somebody help?

If you use different pattern, than it should be ok....
It is maybe funny bug....

It is something to do with wall-priority.
But it is unlogical, because there are no other walls.

Are there any walls in that area on hidden layers?

Yes
I must write layer - levelnumber 2 or such like that.

In hiden layer I put alternative plan.

Change the hidden layer's priority.

@Thomas

I mean layers priority.
If I writelayers priority 0, than no conflict, but the walls cannot be correct made.
I plan now to make many types of housing floor plan like scheme.
In this case I must make many types of layers priority for every plan to hide.
Is it right?
Or other solution?

This is a problem. I don't know of a way to completely turn off hidden layers (so they don't iinteract at all). If that were the default, SEO's with hidden operators wouldn't work for example. But I'd like it as an option.

The way to work around is to be careful when creating your walls. If you use materials, priorities, layers and layer priorities carefully, and use the Adjust command to wall sides that are not coinciding with the reference line so that those walls do not combine/clean up, you can do almost everything in demolition plans, and different alternative plans as well.

Edited: There are new priority options in 10, check out composites for example.

I think you can find out more by searching in this forum. This has been discussed before.

In AC10 the priority function is useful. But I must be used to (I must have much experience with this function to draw right 2D).
Fortunately I can check on the monitor simultaneously what I change.
Otherwise it should be hard work with AC 10.
GS must give some useful tipps about this matter first of all for beginners.

I have now several solution:
layers priority
different pattern for wall section

Use layer sets. Every set remembers its own crossection numbers. For all hidden layers use always 0. We use it all the time. Works like a charm.

With 0 you will have problem:
The walls cannot be connected right.

Just one possibility is with layer priority in my opinion.
