Help w/ a couple of system choices please

Am looking at the Sager NP9262 w/ the following opptions:


Intel® Core™ 2 Quad Processor Q9650 / 12MB L2 Cache, 3.0GHz, 1333MHz FSB



Single Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTX Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory

OR

Dual Nvidia GeForce 9800M GTX Graphics with 1GB DDR3 Video Memory in SLI mode

Does the SLI mode thing do any thing for us



Genuine MS Windows® VISTA ULTIMATE 32/64-Bit Edition



4GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 800MHz - 2 X 2048MB

OR

8GB Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz - 2 X 4096MB
which of these would be better for archicad 12 -


RAID-5 Storage ( Data Strip & Parity)


200GB 7200rpm SATA 300 Hard Drive x 3

Just a little side note here. I used to have a Sager (still do in fact), and I loved it, but when something went wrong with it, I had a very difficult time with their third party support and warranty companies.

So bad in fact that I switched to HP computers for the fact that they have their own support. They also offer pretty damn good laptops now for a reasonable price.
