How to download Archicad 25 on M1 mac when using macOs Monterey??

Would someone know a solution for this?

I was using Archicad25 on my M1 mac (macOs Monterey) > my computer crashed > needed to download everything again 

> now facing a problem with downloading. I try to download the version for intel based macs, but i cannot open the app after downloading. I have tried to download several times now.

So the question is how can i get Archicad25 on my M1 mac using macOs Monterey?

The first Apple silicon native Archicad version was introduced with Archicad 26. What you need here is the Intel-based version of Archicad 25.

Just edited the question a bit. Didn't write that precisely first. 
So the problem is that the intel-based app won't open after download.
