Hi there,
I've been trying to open up my CAD file but I've received this message "cannot create temporary document" from ArchiCAD. Could you please help me?
I have attached the screenshot.

Looks like a corrupted file to me. Best to send it to your local support to see if they can recover anything from it

How can I do that? should I email them? I'm going to lost my File, I need it.

I'm just a normal user here just like everyone else, so I don't have the tool to do anything with your file, unfortunately

Hi,
Does Archicad have full disc access on your Mac? This could be a permission problem. And check your Temp folder. Perhaps you don't have enough disc space free.
