How to solve temporary computer stuttering when copying or moving objects in archicad

When an image or object is ctrl-c, ctrl-v, copy, or move, the mouse cursor freezes for several seconds to tens of seconds.

I moved the post as it seems to be more a hardware problem.

 

What are your machine specifications, operating system, video card, processor, RAM, etc.?

What version of Archicad are you using?

What type of license do you have - hardware, software, educational?
