Installed V11 on a new computer - toolbar question

I installed v11 on a new computer and every time I open it it goes back to the default toolbar/palette settings. I tried opening a drawing, getting them set how I like, saving and then closing, but when I opened that drawing again it still started back at the default setting. Is there a way to keep the toolbars set once I have them laid out the way I like? Thanks!

You need to create a custom work environment profile and assign that as the default work environment. Arrange your palettes and tool bars and then save a custom tool scheme and palette scheme as part of your work environment.
