Integrity Check Missing Layouts

I have seen this being discussed in here before, but cannot find a resolution. I seem to be getting and integrity check error on a file that results in all layouts disappearing! One computer has no trouble opening the file, while the other three in our office can't open the file without getting the error message and missing layouts. Please Help! Thanks in advance.
