Keyboard language icon taskbar

Why do I get a keyboard language icon in my taskbar in Windows 10 when I start up ArchiCAD 19?

I have Windows 7. Go to the Control Panel\Region and Language Dialog.
Switch to the "Keyboard and Languages" tab page and click the "Change Keyboards" button.
Then go to the "Language Bar" tab page and select the "Docked in the Task Bar" option.

This icon is new in Windows 10.
Settings are different.
