LOADING LIBRARIES

hi all... just having dramas getting my doors and windows loaded and viewable in archicad. the thing is that i can load them, sometimes i can see them in plan then they vanish and just leave and opening... like an 'empty opening'.

im running v8.1.0 R2 NZE (2284) and trying to use custom library 3.5.

both symptoms happen with doors and windows.

just another thing that maybe related.... when ive put a window or door in a wall and select the properties of the door or window, the 'custom settings' button is greyed out and i am unable to select it.

just a little frustrating.

Sounds like you are not loading your ibraries properly; as for the Door and Window Builde 3.5, there were multiple patches for 8.1, so I would adivse you to contact Theometric or CADImage. I am sure they will help you out!
