Licence Agreement Window Blank - Cannot Install

hey guys. i recently upgraded to windows vista and i'm trying to install archiCAD 9 student version on my new computer. originally the CD didnt work at all but after uninstalling & reinstalling java runtime the installation was able to open up. however when i get to the 'please read the following license agreement carefully' window it is completely blank and the 'next' button is not able to be clicked. i have uninstalled & reinstalled both java runtime & WIBU-Key and nothing seems to help. i have put the CD in my old computer and the license agreement appears and able to proceed on. i would really appreciate some help to overcome this problem. thanks
