Have you read licence agreement with Graphisoft? So you will not be surprised by their self invitation. How long is this unbelievable audacity with search warrant in license agreement?
Excerpt from License Agreement:
7. Audit. You hereby agree that - in addition to any other license compliance checking set forth in this Agreement or elsewhere - Graphisoft has the right to carry out remote, electronic audit and/or physical audit by visiting You at the premises where You use the Software upon seven (7) days prior written notice in order to check Your records, systems, facilities to verify that Your use of the Software is fully in line with the provisions of this Agreement and with the applicable rules of law. Graphisoft may also appoint a third party to exercise its audit rights. You hereby agree to fully cooperate with Graphisoft in order to successfully perform the audit among others by providing Graphisoft with all requested information and documents. You also ensure to bring your use of the software in line with this Agreement (including but not limited to due payment of the applicable fees, acceptance of license terms, etc.) as contained in the result of the audit. In case of any non-compliances revealed by the audit related to your use of the software You shall reimburse the fees to Graphisoft arising from the performance of the audit at Graphisoft.

Thank you @laembert for posting this. For everyone, here is where that paragraph 7 comes from:
https://graphisoft.com/legal/license-agreements/archicad
I’ve never noticed this, and cannot believe it is legal… not only the physical premise visit authorization but that we, the customer, would have to reimburse Graphisoft for their (unlikely but) invasive visit.
Frankly, I would advise any potential new customers to look elsewhere for software unless that section of the agreement is removed. I’m wondering now to read what else is in this agreement that we agree to via checkbox…

Another surprise in the revised (since I last read it some time ago) license agreement. For Commercial Licenses, it states:
4.1.1.2. The Commercial Mode is limited in time as determined by Graphisoft.
...which states that those of us (most of us) with perpetual licenses could find that Graphisoft arbitrarily decides that they are not really perpetual. [That cannot be the intent? But rather that Graphisoft has clueless lawyers working for them?]

If Graphisoft would like to offer a survey about this EULA provision, perhaps upon quitting the application, I would gladly fill it out. 🤗

I think that’s the "don’t pirate" section. But there is no way that any GS employee has the right to enter your office and examine your computer without a search warrant.
but you’re all right. These paragraphs should never be in the license agreement in the first place.

Of course it is antipirate, but unbelievable humiliating. They do not see us as partners, but cash cows.

They want to force us to subscription, so kill switch is propably already prepared. Quietly and sneaky.

Did you click I agree in installation process? You gave him the right already. And not only to them, but to anybody Graphisoft empowers.
