Lost parameter

When I move the file from one computer to other, the doors and windows disappear. They change to a point with width and height 0 (zero). What should I do to keep the settings of this elements?

Looks as if your AC library is not in the same folder(path) on both machines so AC does not know where to find it. Launch the Library manager under file and reload the main library.

Please include AC version and OS as part of the signature...
