MacBook Pro with M3 Pro vs. M3 Max

I'm considering a new MacBook pro and trying to determine if the M3 pro or M3 max is best for my use. Given the large price difference, if I don't need the max, I'd rather save the money. I work on highly detailed single family residential and duplex projects. 

If anybody has suggestions based on their experience, please share!

Because of the memory bandwidth difference between the (crippled) Pro and Max, and benchmark scores, the Max is a better and longer-term solution if you can afford it.
