Hello!
I have a student license for ArchiCAD 27.
I am using it thorough server with a collogue. We tried the VPN but it won't work so we tried with a solution found online: Hamachi. It worked well, we were able to connect to the server and work for our project.
But since last week, it crashes on opening. I want to know if the crash is happening due to the server and Hamachi, as being kind of a third party? Or is it due to something else?
I have attached here a screen capture with the crash report since I cannot attach a .txt file here (verified and it is the same content each time it crashed), and I have send it anyways when the bug reporter dialog box appeared after the program crashed.

If it worked before, there should be no reason why it shouldn't work now, unless something has changed in your setup.
Is Archicad crashing before you try to open a file?
Or will it let you open a new file from the template?
If it is only this particular file that crashes, try to open it with the 'Open & repair' option selected (from the FILE > Open menu in Archicad).
