Hi there,

I've been trying to login in myarchicad account for several days now and i can't do it. When i try to login it says that the website refused to connect and the error message "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED".
I've already tried plenty of solutions found on the internet and none of them works.

Does anyone have any idea of what's happening?

I just had the same problem with BIMcomponents portal. My solution was to switch the web browser from Chrome to Edge (Chromium). Maybe some other (Firefox, Opera, ...) would do the job as well.

Just in case this option didn't come to your mind. I hope your solution can be as simple as that.

I just connected using Firefox, so no problem with the website.
I would try different browsers.
