So, you are saying that when it is in this state, you cannot use any menu command, for example, to open another file or exit Archicad?

What has changed since earlier?
Has there been a Windows update?
Can you roll your system back to when it did work?
First thing I would do though is make sure you have the latest build for 25 installed - it should be build 7000.
Also make sure you have the security update installed, but that is really for the License Manager.
I have no idea what language version you are using but here are the INT updates...

When you say that it stays frozen, what do you mean?
The fact that you only see the menu and a gray background is completely normal.
I do not see "Not responding" in the Title bar, you say you can open a new project file, so why do you say it is frozen?

It's unlikely, but are you closing just the file instead of the entire program? The status bar seems to suggest that the file is not completely closed, though.
When you reopen the project, are you asked whether you want to recover the file?

No it's not like that. I'm closing the program as usual but it's like i got a virus or i don't know what happen, some other files i close them normally.
And yes i know about the recover files, but no I'm not asked to recover my file when i open my file.
Thank you for your time 👍🏻
