Network silent install with switches not working --eduSerialNumber --eduUserID

Hi, 

I've run the installer with the following command, but the software is still asking for a login:

Archicad-28.0.0-UKI.exe --mode unattended --eduSerialNumber ****(Serial number with no spaces or separators)**** --eduUserID ****(our account email address)****

Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
