No match ArchiCAD training guide's movie and training sheet

The movie (The Massaro F.L.W) shows different tool bars than the practicing program.e.g." Documents" in the upper tool bar folds down to "Create Independent Worksheet.." can't find a match in any other tool bar. I am lost do help!
