Opening 12 or 14 .pln drawings in 23

I have just got 2 23 solos, running on iMac Catalina but when open my drawings only pdf or images appear. Tried saving as archive , Dxf dwg.
12 and 14 are running on older operating OS X on other iMacs on the network.

Are you saying that you have some older version 12 & 14 files that open fine in the old software?
But when you try to open them in 23, there is no 3D model?
Are you sure the model is there in the old files and they are not just a layout file only?

Otherwise they should open just fine.
However 12 & 14 never had renovation filters.
Maybe make sure you have a reno filter active that is not hiding anything.
